  • Habit Score (50%)  
  • Change in Body Fat + Change in Weight (25%)  
  • Fitness Score (25%)  


Points are awarded in each category, then they are weighted and added together to determine the winner.

Semi-Private Training (1 Hour, 1-3 participants, 7 Sessions/Program): Offered every hour on the hour, we can schedule your sessions whenever you need them during our operating hours: 

  • Monday - Thursday: 5:00am - 8:00pm
  • Friday: 5:00am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
